Cretan Olive Salad

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

for 4 people

 
  • 500 gr green olives

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 4 fresh onions

  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 10 walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


Draw the green olives with a knife. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.


Clean and chop fresh onions. Peel the garlic. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.


Cut the walnuts in half. Combine the olives, tomatoes, garlic, walnuts and scallions in a bowl. Take it to the serving plate.


Pour the olive oil mixture on it. Garnish with greens and serve.
