Strawberry Cheesecake

The most delicious dessert with its smell and taste

 

Materials:

For the base

100 g of raw almonds

100 g dates

25 g of coconut

For middle tier

150 g raw raw cashews

50 g apple juice

50 g of coconut milk

50 g of coconut oil

For the top layer

150 g strawberries

50 gr raspberries

18 g apple juice


Preparation of:

Pass the ingredients for the base through the food processor and press the pie pan into the pan. While doing this, make sure that there is no gap on the base. Then leave it in the freezer for 10 minutes. For the middle layer; Pull the cashew soaked for 4 hours together with the other products in a food processor until it is mashed and then put it back in the freezer for 20 minutes by plastering over the base layer. For the top layer; Pour the strawberry, raspberry and apple juice over the cheesecake you took out of the freezer. Put it back in the freezer and let it stand for about an hour, then you can serve.
